Tuesday on ABC’s “The View,” former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe said when they worked together former Attorney General Jeff Sessions made “racist comments.”
McCabe said, “I had the benefit with working closely several attorneys generals. The things that I saw, the conversations I had with Attorney General Sessions were unlike anything I had seen from any other attorney general; the obsessive focus on immigration when in many cases it simply wasn’t relevant to threats we were discussing, the off-handed comment the racist comments and things of that nature. It was a challenge to try to make sure the attorney general getting the benefit of intelligence we were presenting him.”
