Tuesday on MSNBC’s “Deadline,” former CIA Director John Brennan reacted to a Washington Post poll that found Americans find special counsel Robert Mueller more credible than President Donald Trump.
In the poll, 56 percent of the people said they are more likely to accept Mueller’s version of the facts as opposed to 33 percent for the president.
Brennan said, “I find it mind-numbing, we’re actually comparing the numbers of Donald Trump with somebody like Bob Mueller. Bob Mueller whose integrity, ethics, principles, and honesty, far, far surpass Donald Trump’s. Donald Trump would have to climb a very, very tall ladder to shine the bottom of Bob Mueller’s shoes.”
