On Monday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “America’s Newsroom,” Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) predicted that President Trump will “probably” end up declaring a national emergency to build the border wall.
Biggs began by saying that the Democrats are the ones who are causing the government shutdown, not President Trump.
He added, “President Obama declared the emergency 12 times. And so, I think we’re forcing President Trump to declare an emergency to build the wall. I think that is probably where we’re going to end up going. And, you know, that’s just where we are.”
