Scarborough on Border Security: ‘How Stupid Are Americans Who Still Believe There’s a Crisis?’

While blasting President Donald Trump over his upcoming Oval Office address to discuss border security, MSNBC “Morning Joe” host Joe Scarborough on Tuesday questioned the intelligence of Americans “who still believe there’s a crisis on the southern border.”

Scarborough echoed his co-host’s belief that networks should “refuse” to run Trump’s address because of “lie built on lie, built on lie, built on lie, built on lie.”

“[H]e is going to be telling nothing but lies and falsehoods, and he’s going to be twisting reality,” said Scarborough. “And at this point, I’ve got to say, how stupid are Americans who still believe there’s a crisis on the southern border?”
Scarborough went on to say the migrant caravan “never existed” and was all just a ploy by the Trump administration.
