Monday on MSNBC’s “Deadline,” Washington Post columnist and MSNBC contributor Jonathan Capehart said it was “so exhausting and tiring” to pretend President Donald Trump “knows what he’s talking about.”
During a discussion about Trump referencing unnamed friends at rally speeches, Capehart said, “My God, he’s so exhausting and tiring. The idea that we have to pretend like he knows what he’s talking about, that he has any—that there is any real authority behind anything that he’s saying about this friend, about Jim. Why not just say, this is what I think.”
