Monday on Fox News Channel’s “America’s Newsroom,” the network’s senior judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano said he does not believe the Supreme Court would vote to overturn Roe v. Wade because “it is settled law and a precedent.”
Napolitano said Roe v. Wade “Is settled law and a precedent whether you like it or not.”
On President Donald Trump’s nominee to replace Justice Anthony Kennedy, Napolitano added, “I don’t think it will be overturned no matter who the president appoints.”
Referencing Chief Justice John Roberts, Napolitano said, “The chief justice, though a practicing Catholic and pro-life himself does not believe that fundamental changes should come about in the court.”
