Monday during MSNBC’s “Deadline: White House,” host Nicolle Wallace suggested President Donald Trump might send Energy Secretary Rick Perry to North Korea to build them nukes and declare that as a victory in the Singapore Trump-Kim Jong-Un summit.
“If we’re thinking about this realistically, we know enough about President Trump to know that he’s not going to come home and say that he failed,”New York Times’ Mara Gay predicted. “He’s going to call this a win no matter what.”
“He might send Rick Perry over there to help them build more nukes and say, ‘We won, We’re in charge of them now.,” Wallace said, laughing.
