NBA analyst and Hall of Famer Charles Barkley said during a Friday appearance on ESPN’s “First Take” that out of respect for the office, he will not speak ill of President Donald Trump, electing simply to call the president “divisive.”
“I’m not a fan of the president,” Barkley told co-host Stephen A. Smith, who asked the “Round Mound of Rebound” to respond to LeBron James’ recent criticism of the president. “I don’t talk bad about the president because he is the president of the United States, but I’m not a fan. I think he’s … very divisive.”
