Dershowitz: ‘Rod Rosenstein Should Recuse Himself’

This weekend on Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends,” Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz discussed the possibility of Attorney General Jeff Sessions un-recusing himself from the ongoing Russia probe.

“He could [un-recuse himself],” said Dershowitz. “The law certainly allows anyone who’s recused themselves to change that if there are new developments and new circumstances.”

Dershowitz then noted that one of the “new developments” is that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein “should recuse himself” because he is a “key witness” after writing the memo justifying Jim Comey’s firing.
