Dem Rep Ryan: ‘We Need That Trillion Dollar Infrastructure Bill That the President Promised’

During Sunday’s “Fox & Friends,” Rep. Tim Ryan (D-OH) called on President Donald Trump to come through with the trillion-dollar infrastructure plan he promised Ohio voters this year.

“There’s nothing worse, though than being promised one thing and then relying on that promise, counting on that promise and then people going back on that promise,” Ryan said of Trump’s plan to raise taxes on the wealthiest and rebuild the country.

“We need that trillion dollar infrastructure bill that the president promised” he later added. “How in God’s name are we going to pay for that if we’re borrowing $2 trillion from China? Where are we getting the money for the infrastructure?”
