On Friday, Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) reacted to Mike Flynn being charged with lying to the FBI and claimed Flynn did “not give the benefit of a fair legal process” to Hillary Clinton at the at the Republican National Convention when he joined in on the crowds chant to “lock her up.”
Kaine said, “Well look he would not give the benefit of a fair legal process to anybody else but he gets the benefit of fair legal process.”
He added, “He will get the benefit of a process he was unwilling to accord to anyone else. But it’s very disturbing.”
