TMZ Sports released cell phone video that captured now deceased former MLB pitcher Roy Halladay’s plane moments before it crashed in the Gulf of Mexico Tuesday.
Per TMZ, witnesses on a nearby boat pulled out their phones to video the plane after seeing it “dramatically increasing and decreasing in elevation.”
The boaters quickly rushed over to the crash site to help and called 911.
