Trump: Maybe ‘Fire and Fury’ Statement Was Not ‘Tough Enough’ for North Korea

Thursday President Donald Trump said his comment to unleash “fire and fury” on North Korea was maybe not “tough enough.”

Trump said, “The people questioning that statement, it was too tough, maybe it wasn’t tough enough. They have been doing this to our country for a long time for many years. So if anything, maybe that statement wasn’t tough enough. And we’re backed 100 percent by our military. We’re backed by everybody. I noticed many senators came out in favor of what was said. ”
