Boca Raton, FL police released surveillance video of a teacher kissing a fourth-grade student on the lips.
Per a Fox 13 report, Brian Kornbluth, 28, pleaded guilty last week to a battery charge after being accused of kissing students in his classroom in February.
Police released video Tuesday of Kornbluth kissing a 10-year-old student on the lips while inside a Somerset Academy Charter School classroom. The boy in the video and his sister reportedly told officers they went to Kornbluth’s classroom to get gummy bears, and that is when Kornbluth kissed them both on the lips.

The teacher admitted to kissing the boy, but denied kissing the sister.
According to his attorney, Kornbluth is not currently teaching, although he wants to continue his career as an educator.
