Graham: Trump Budget Would Mean ‘A Lot of Benghazis in the Making’ – ‘Definitely Dead on Arrival’

In a statement to reporters that was aired on Tuesday’s “MSNBC Live,” Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC), who is a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, said President Trump’s budget is “definitely dead on arrival.” And “You’d have a lot of Benghazis in the making if this thing became law.”

Graham said, “Well, yeah, it’s definitely dead on arrival.”

He added, “This budget, if fully implemented, would require us to retreat from the world diplomatically, or put people at risk. You’d have a lot of Benghazis in the making if this thing became law.”
