New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady will grace the cover of Madden 18.
Patriots fans may be wary of this news because of the dreaded “Madden curse,” which is that the player who is on the cover of Madden suffers an injury or has a poor season. The most recent example is Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski, who was on the cover of Madden 17.
Brady took to his Facebook page Friday to show fans he is not afraid by breaking a mirror and walking under a ladder to mock curses.
“There’s no such things as curses,” Brady says. “It’s a total myth.”
