CNN’s Preston: Putin Is ‘The Winner’ In Comey Firing

On Tuesday’s broadcast of CNN’s “OutFront,” CNN Senior Political Analyst Mark Preston stated that Vladimir Putin is the winner in FBI Director James Comey’s firing.

Preston said, “[O]ne really big winner in all this…the winner is Vladimir Putin. Because you know that they’re laughing right now over in Russia. They are looking at us right now, and they’re saying, look at — what we did by affecting the election, by toying with their election, continues to have dominoes drop. … So, regardless of what happens, and why he was — why Director Comey was dismissed, we do know that Vladimir Putin right now, is pretty happy about what’s going on.”
