FS1’s Sharpe ‘Ashamed and Disappointed’ Kaepernick Looked Upon Less Favorable in U.S. Than ‘the Worst of the Worst’

In a Thursday debate about free agent quarterback Colin Kaepernick on Fox Sports 1’s “Undisputed,” Shannon Sharpe said he is “ashamed and disappointed” that Americans look down on Kaepernick for his national anthem protests than they do people with worse reputations.

“I am so ashamed and disappointed … in America we look less favorable on this man for a protest than we do some of the worst of the worst,” Sharpe stated.
