ESPN “Highly Questionable” co-host Bomani Jones reacted Monday to fellow employee and New York Mets Class A affiliate Columbia Fireflies outfielder Tim Tebow’s two home runs in his first three minor league games, saying the former Heisman winner’s success makes him “hate coming to work.”
“I have no reason ever to root against [Tebow]. I never will. He seems to be very well-intentioned, but why is it when good things happen to him it’s so bad for us at work?” Jones said.
“Your success makes me hate coming to work,” he directed at Tebow. “Nothing against you.”
“That’s well put,” co-host Dan Le Batard agreed.
