On Monday’s “MSNBC Live,” Representative John Yarmuth (D-KY) argued President Trump “is not somebody, in my mind, who is emotionally stable enough to be president of the United States.”

Yarmuth said, “I’ve been saying recently that, I do want a president who is able to take that 3:30 AM call. I don’t want one who sits up all night waiting for it. And I think that’s what we have. We have a president who’s up all night, who’s tweeting at all kinds of crazy hours, who’s making unsubstantiated claims that are really dangerous, who’s concerned himself with trivial matters like the ratings of American — of ‘The Apprentice,’ and this is not somebody, in my mind, who is emotionally stable enough to be president of the United States. I have real, serious concerns about this.”
