Dem Sen Franken Blames Comey for Clinton Loss

Friday on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” Sen. Al Franken (D-MN) was asked if he believes FBI Director James Comey’s handling of the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of an unauthorized email server was one of the reasons for her loss in the 2016 presidential election.

Franken said, “Yes. Look, Nate Silver and others have said that’s when the momentum turned. That’s when the momentum shifted. Of course, I think that made an enormous difference, yes. I think you, guys are right.”
