A young boy who lost his police officer father in October now has a way to hold on to a piece of his father.
St. Louis, MO police officer Blake Snyder was shot and killed October 6 after he and his partner responded to a disturbance call.
Per KFOR, the accused shooter, Trent Forster, was inside a car parked outside the residence when Snyder and his partner approached. Forster allegedly shot Snyder when the officer asked to see his hands.
On Tuesday, Blake’s widow, Elizabeth, posted a picture of their son, Malachi, holding two stuffed bears made from his father’s uniform.
