Comedian and lifelong Chicago Cubs fan Bill Murray was elated when the Cubs ended the 108-year World Series drought late Wednesday night.
A somewhat inebriated Murray interviewed Cubs outfielders Dexter Fowler and Jason Heyward, as well as team president Theo Epstein, who sprayed champagne in Murray’s face.
“It’s a good burn, it’s a good burn,” Murray said of the champagne.
“You’re particularly dry, though,” he added before dumping champagne on Epstein’s head.
