Wednesday night after the third and final presidential debate, a CNN panel got into a heated exchange over Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump saying “bad hombres” during the debate.
Trump said, “We’re going to get them out, we’re going to secure the border and once the border is secured at a later date, we’ll make a determination as to the rest. But we have some bad hombres here and we’re going to get them out.”
Former Obama Green czar Van Jones and former senior adviser to the 2008 presidential campaign of then-Senator Barack Obama Patti Solis Doyle, said the term was offensive to Hispanics, while Trump supporters Kayleigh McEnany and Jeffrey Lord defended Trump.
