Friday on CNN’s “New Day,” Gov. John Kasich (R-OH) told network correspondent Dana Bash it was “very unlikely” he will be voting for his party’s nominee Donald Trump.
Kasich also ruled out voting for Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.
“I’m not voting for Hillary,” Bash said. “I’ll let everybody know when. I think my actions have spoken very loudly – louder than even my words.”
As for voting Libertarian Party presidential hopeful Gary Johnson, he was non-committal.
“I haven’t even gone there, yet,” he added. “It’s a long way until Election Day.”
When asked specifically about Trump, Kasich then said “very unlikely.”
“Very unlikely – too much water under the bridge,” he replied.
