On Saturday, MSNBC host Alex Witt asked Rep. Gregory Meeks (D-NY) if both Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton should get the same intelligence briefings, which Meeks said Trump should turn down.
“Well, I think the real question is Donald Trump should say he doesn’t want it. Donald Trump has proven that he is not controllable, nor does he stay on a message, nor does he understand foreign policy. He’s one, if he gets the briefing, could very well blurt out what the classified information is. I would tell Donald Trump –Donald if you’re listening — do not take the briefing because you cannot control yourself,” Meeks stated.
