The Daily Beast’s Eleanor Clift described the chaos at Nevada’s State Democratic Convention, which prompted Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA) to fear for her own safety while speaking there as “a minimum of violence” on Friday’s “McLaughlin Group.”
Clift said of the convention, “When they were awarding the delegates, the Sanders people felt that they were unfair in the proportionality of how the delegates were awarded. And so, I think a Sanders person threw a chair or something. Anyway, sort of a minimum of violence erupted.”
