Thursday on her MSNBC program, Rachel Maddow performed poetry to a set of bongo drums to the words of members of the so-called ‘Never Trump’ movement after Donald Trump’s victory in the Indiana GOP presidential primary on Tuesday, which made him the likely presumptive Republican presidential nominee.
“The Rachel Maddow Show” host’s lyrics included the words of GOP strategist Rick Wilson, Red State’s Ben Howe, Fox News regular and Fox News Radio host Meghan McCain, Red State’s Dan McLaughlin, Sen. Dean Heller (R-NV), Ethics and Public Policy Center’s Pete Wehner, New York Times columnist Ross Douthat, Sen. Ben Sasse (R-NE) and former Bush aides Tony Fratto and Eliot Cohen.
