“Saturday Night Live” released a skit that did not make the cut this weekend.
It was a fake ad by Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, played by Taran Killam, who insisted he would definitely not accept his party’s nomination.
“I do not want, nor will I accept the nomination of my party,” Killam’s Paul Ryan said. “I already have a job to do. And that is to be the best Speaker of the House I can be — a job I swore I would never, ever take. And then I did.”
He then went on to explain how he is the ideal presidential candidate, down to being “someone young and dynamic, with a sick body and a decent face.”
