Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio said Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton knows how to get things done like raising taxes.
De Blasio said, “Hillary is a person who can get things done, kinds of things we need in this country. Look, we have to tax the wealthy. We have to raise wages and benefits. We need things like universal pre-k nationwide. Hillary’s the person who actually knows how to get things like that done. And that’s what voters are looking for. They’re looking for change in this country. ”
