On this weekend’s broadcast of “The McLaughlin Group,” the show’s panelist gave offered who they thought were the “Most Boring” and “Most Charismatic” of 2015 in the first installment of the program’s annual year-end awards.
Among the recipients for “Most Boring” were the Paris climate change summit held earlier this month according to conservative commentator Pat Buchanan and cat videos according to show host John McLaughlin, who argued the time had past for the novelty of cat videos.
That led The Daily Beast’s Eleanor Clift to voice her protest over those two mentions for “Most Boring.”
“For the record, I have to say climate change and cats are two of the most important things in my life,” Clift said. “So guys, tread carefully.”
