Clift: Climate Change ‘The Existential Threat We Face,’ Not Terrorism

The Daily Beast’s Eleanor Clift stated, “the existential threat we face is not from terrorism. It’s from climate change” on Friday’s “McLaughlin Group.”

Clift maintained that in the last Democratic presidential debate, Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) was saying, “that the drought in Syria contributed to some of the rebellions there.” She continued, “But I think his larger point is that the existential threat we face is not from terrorism. It’s from climate change. And he’s right about that.”
