A blind man in Arizona is not letting his disability keep him from providing for his family.
According to a report by ABC15, Sebastian Ibanez is legally blind, but walks daily from his apartment to a nearby gas station to sell brooms, as well as other cleaning supplies to help pay his bills.
“Bills don’t discriminate,” Ibanez stated. “Doesn’t matter if you’re ‘abled’ or disabled. You still gotta pay!”
A frequent customer of Ibanez said of him, “He really makes the effort to go out every single day. I’ve seen him, even when it’s raining really hard. There he is.”
Ibanez wants to inspire those “who don’t have hope or a choice.”
