A woman was able to break free from a police officer while being arrested by using her car as a weapon.
According to a report by Fox32Chicago, Officer Martin Mikolajczak spotted a driver last week with a suspended license and he quickly discovered he had stopped this same woman just weeks earlier.
During the arrest, Breianna Smart, 22, falsely narrated the arrest to a friend on the phone, claiming the officer was hitting her.
Mikolajczak was able to get one handcuff on Smart, but she is able to get behind the wheel of her car. Smart, with the arresting officer standing there and the door of the car still open, puts the car in reverse and slams on the gas, slinging Mikolajczak backwards into his police car.
Later that night, police found Smart and arrested her.
Mikolajczak only suffered minor injuries from the incident.
