Dan Mandis, host of WWTN 99.7 FM radio’s early afternoon (noon to 3 pm) talk show in Nashville, TN, interviewed Breitbart’s Michael Patrick.Leahy on his reporting about Samuel Garza, an IRS agent charged with two counts of sexual battery and one charge of aggravated assault. The alleged crimes took place during an IRS audit the agent was conducting of a Fairview, TN convenience store owned by a local woman for more than 30 years.
At a preliminary hearing on Tuesday, Garza’s case was bound over to the Williamson County grand jury, which will meet on October 26.
Garza remains incarcerated in the Williamson County Jail in Franklin, TN on $300,000 bond.
