During the Tour of Utah Sunday afternoon, cyclist Matt Brammeier T-boned a car carrying bicycles going around a steep turn.
Brammeier was immediately taken to hospital following the incident and was diagnosed with injuries to his pelvis, ribs and lung but avoided any serious injuries requiring surgery.
The Irish cyclist tweeted out a picture of himself in the hospital saying, “all good in the hood guys.”
