Thursday at the White House Press Briefing, press secretary Josh Earnest smirked as he called Sen. Ted Cruz’s (R-TX) protest against the Iran nuclear deal today a “pro-war rally.”
Earnest said, “I was aware that Senator Cruz was planning to hold a pro war rally in front of the White House today.”
When the reporter questioned the phrase “pro-war rally,” Earnest smiled and said, “I think that pretty much says it all.”
