Tuesday on NewsMax TV’s “The Steve Malzberg Show,” chairman of the Subcommittee on Counterterrorism Rep. Peter King (R-NY) said the Iran nuclear deal does not have a powerful enough inspection process.

He explained the president’s deal allows the Iranians  to protest and use “an arbitration process,” to stall inspections.

King said, “Also on the inspections the president says that inspections will be where necessary, when necessary. Well that doesn’t  mean you get automatic rights to  inspections. Because necessary, well who decides whats necessary. So if the Iranian say no then you go to apparently, almost to an arbitration process which can last up to 24 days.”

Malzberg added, “And they get the chance to move anything they need to move.”

King replied, “Exactly – exactly – yeah.”
