Sunday on the BBC, in reacting to Defense Secretary Ashton Carter saying the Iraqi forces lost Ramadi because they had “no will to fight against ISIS,” Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said he was “surprised” and Mr Carter must have been “fed with the wrong information.”
The Prime Mister of Iraq said, “[Carter] was very supportive of Iraq and I am sure he was fed with the wrong information.”
He also claimed the city of Ramadi could be taken back from ISIS “in days.”
