On Monday’s edition of “Pardon the Interruption” on ESPN, co-host Mike Wilbon spoke out on the firing of Miami Marlins manager Mike Redmond, and the hiring of current general manager Dan Jennings. Jennings, the Marlins seventh manager in five years, has never coached above the high school level and that was back in 1988.
Wilbon stated that the Marlins front office appears very amateurish and like they have no clue because of their extreme moves.
“Right now, on the front end, they look amateurish. They look like they have no clue. The Marlins have either, I don’t know, won a World Series or looked clueless. They seem to operate on the extreme.”
