CNN anchor John Vause wondered if questions were “being asked” if “in some ways, were they asking for some kind of attack” during CNN’s coverage of the shooting at the Mohammed Art Exhibit and Contest in Garland, Texas on Sunday.
Vause asked, “no one would ever dispute the right for people to have freedom of speech, especially in this country. It is a constitutional right, but are questions being asked, in some ways, were they asking for some kind of attack, — not, that obviously, anyone deserved it, but was there some kind of invitation for an attack, if you like?”
