Jamiel Shaw Sr., whose son, Jamiel II was murdered by illegal alien Pedro Espinoza back in 2008 criticized President Obama for his lack of concern regarding his son’s death saying, “it wasn’t like Obama didn’t know about it. He just knew for some reason — and it seems like you have to be killed by a white man or a white police [officer] for black people to care” on Wednesday’s “Your World with Neil Cavuto” on the Fox News Channel.
Shaw recounted the circumstances of his son’s death. Jamiel II was walking back from a mall when Espinoza spotted and murdered him. According to reports, Espinoza, a gang member with a criminal past, mistakenly believed Shaw’s red backpack was a sign of membership in a rival gang.
He then said “they have laws on the books. We don’t need anymore laws. Just enforce the ones that are on the books. The federal law clearly says you must be deported, you cannot be in this country illegal[ly]. So, there’s no reason, there’s no reason for that…these are criminals. the ones that Obama says he wants to get rid of, he wants to — they don’t want the ‘other’ illegals. They want the violent ones. Obama, when my son was murdered, Obama was still running for president. But even before my son was murdered, he was campaigning and we all knew where he was going with that. So, when my son was murdered, that would have been a good chance for him to come out and speak on it, because Bill O’Reilly had talked to Hillary Clinton in that same year when my son was murdered in March. So, it wasn’t like Obama didn’t know about it. He just knew that for some reason, it seems like you have to be killed by [a] white man or a white police for black people to care.”
Shaw also said that the president’s executive action was “a bad idea and he knows it. Obama has people around him that are saying it’s not a good idea, but he just ignores them because he wants to fundamentally transform America.”
