Portman: IRS Isn’t Getting Anymore Funding Until It Fixes Self

Senator Rob Portman (R-OH) declared that the IRS is “not going to get anymore funding until [it] re-gain[s] some element of trust” on Thursday’s “On the Record” on the Fox News Channel.

“I’m on the Senate Finance Committee, and this was last week, and he [IRS Commissioner John Koskinen] talked about the need for more funding…and I told I him I said ‘you’re not going to get anymore funding until you re-gain some element of trust in this agency'” Portman stated.
