Center for Security Policy Lays Out Plan to Defeat ISIS

The Center for Security Policy in Washington laid out its plan to defeat ISIS on Wednesday, which officials said focuses on having better understanding of who the enemy actually is.

“We’re not dealing with an Islamic state in isolation,” said Frank Gaffney, founder and president of the Center for Security Policy. “We’re dealing with a global jihadist movement.”
