ABC News reported on Friday that an eyewitness told police that Elvin Payamps, who was arrested after talking about killing police officers in New York pronounced that two recently slain NYPD officers “should have been white.”
According to ABC, on Wednesday, the witness heard Payamps talking about killing police officers in his cell phone and that he wanted to kill a police officer before Christmas and heard Payamps say “the cop should have been white that was killed. I always have a gun on me.”
ABC added that, according to the criminal complaint, Payamps admitted that if last weekend’s cop killer “wanted to send a message” he “should have killed two white cops instead.”
