On Saturday’s broadcast of “Justice w/Judge Jeanine” on the Fox News Channel, Rep. Trey Gowdy was asked by Jeanine Pirro about a potential investigation into so-called ObamaCare architect Jonathan Gruber for possible fraud and/or perjury.

According to Gowdy, either current sitting House Oversight Committee chairman Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) or incoming House Oversight Committee chairman Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-UT) will take a look documents involving Gruber’s finished product to make such determinations.

“Well, I think what’s going to happen if it hasn’t already, is Chairman Issa or incoming Chairman Chaffetz are going to get those documents,” Gowdy said. “If you recall from the hearing, he really did not want to give us what he considered to be his work product because he wants to minimize his role in the drafting of the ACA now. But, my guess is if you go back to the videos he was very proud of being the architect. And he may have testified to some things differently before us that would be contained in some of those documents. So we are going to go back and get those documents. What disappointed me the most, judge, was he really believed that lack of transparency, being able to fool the voter is worthwhile if you really like this piece of legislation.”
