Bush: Jeb My Brother Would Beat Hillary My Sister-in-Law

Sunday on CNN’s “State of The Union,” President George W. Bush told host Candy Crowley that his brother Jeb would beat his “sister-in-Law,” Hillary in an 2016 presidential head to head.

Crowley asked, “You’ve often referred to Bill Clinton and you talked about his relationship with your father and how it developed, your mother as well, he’s your brother from another mother. What does that make Hillary?”

Bush replied, “My sister-in-law,” adding when asked who would win in 2016, “I think he’d beat her. She’s formidable.”

“Like Jeb, she knows what it’s like. and she’s — she’s taking her time. she’s got a new complicating factor in that she’s a grandmother, like you and like me from the grandfather side, she’s going to understand the joys of what it’s like,” he concluded.
