Thursday at the White House press briefing, Associated Press White House correspondent Julie Pace grilled press secretary Josh Earnest over President Barack Obama creating yet another task force to address the recent social unrest over the law enforcement involved deaths of Michael Brown and Eric Garner.
Pace asked, “Things like task forces and commission, as the president even eluded too, these happen all the time, they don’t really result in anything is he thinking about anything beyond what he talked about Monday in terms of a broader national effort to address some of these issues we have seen?”
Earnest replied “Considering the task force was announced four days ago I think the President deserves a little benefit of the doubt here.”
