On Monday, talk radio host and author of “The Liberty Amendments,” Mark Levin criticized Representative James Clyburn (D-SC) for his agreement with comments by Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-LA) implying that many Southern voters are racist.
Levin took issue with Clyburn’s claim that he and Landrieu receive hateful letters, pointing out that he receives anti-Semitic calls on his show, adding “you ought to hear the calls I get, so what? That doesn’t mean all the people in Louisiana are racist, that doesn’t mean all the people in Louisiana hate women.”
He continued, “for God’s sake you’re elected to the House, you’re black man. She’s elected to the Senate, she’s a woman.”
Levin concluded by wondering why, if American voters are as bigoted as Clyburn and Landrieu claim, immigrants continue to flock to the US.
