Priebus, Wasserman Schultz Debate Devolves Into Out-of-Control Shouting Match

Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union,” Republican National Committee chairman Reince Priebus and Democratic National Committee chairwoman Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) started off talking over each other and that ended up leading to a screaming match over a frustrated “State of the Union” host Candy Crowley.

Priebus argued President Barack Obama’s polices are on the ballot in the midterm elections, saying,”I think ultimately what this election has got do with bad management, mismanagement, the lack of management, managers that can’t manage and the president’s at the head of all of this.”

Wasserman Schultz attempted to rebut that point and said, “This election is about making sure that we elect a Congress that will focus on the priorities that people care about the most,” which she listed as jobs and the economy.

However, as individual candidates began getting mentioned the debate quickly became an out of control shouting match.
